Critical Care Diets
Our area of specialty. If your small animal, large animal or exotic animal patient requires either a parenteral nutrition formulation or an enteral diet recipe, please complete and submit the Parenteral Veterinary Nutrition Consult Request Form by fax or e-mail.
Please contact us directly by phone (530-318-4529) or e-mail to ensure we have received your request and the completed form.
Emergency consults will be completed within 24 hours of receipt of the form ($100 additional emergency fee). Non-emergent requests will be completed within 36 hours. Fees include formula revisions that may be necessary for the patient.
Cost: $300 for small animal formulations, $350 for large animal and exotic formulations. A $100 emergency fee will be charged for consults required within 12 hours of submission.
